Although this is factor it is not a big factor unless you are going after a very competitive keyword. In fact....It is my opinion that if you have the right link building strategy you will easily out rank sites with 10x, 20x, or even 100x more backlinks than are pointed at your site.

This is a fact that most so-called seo experts do not understand. It is the quality and structure that is most important not the quantity.
